Clearwater sits in the Horse Creek Valley between North Augusta and Aiken, in Aiken County. Permits go through SCDES, not the county, with a $150 site evaluation and a permit valid five years. It's an older, established area, so repairs and drainfield replacements are as common here as new installations.
Most city pages on contractor websites are the same paragraph with the town name swapped in. This one isn't, because Clearwater has things worth knowing that the next town over doesn't share.
